Gerasimos Arvanitis was born in Lefkada. He received the Diploma degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from University of Patras in 2008 and an MSc in Electronics and Information Processing in 2011. In 2013 he started a second MSc on Computer Science and Engineering. During 2011 – 2015 he worked as a programmer at the Computer Technology Institute. Gerasimos is a Ph.D student and a member of the Visualization and Virtual Reality Group in the University of Patras since January 2016. His main research interest is signal processing and especially image and 3d mesh processing.
