Nikolitsa Gkoloni received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the Technological Institute of Patras and an MSc in Total Quality Management from the Hellenic Open University. Nikolitsa is a Ph. Student in the Department of Food Science and Technology of the University of Patras. She has a ten-year of experience in administrative support to pharmaceutical and logistic companies and she has been a member of the VVR group in Wire Communications and Information Technology Laboratory, as a research assistant in European Programs (Horizon 2020) since 2018. Her main research interests include Green management and Life cycle assessment (ISO 14040/ISO14044), Total Quality Management and Six Sigma.
