Best Academic Full Paper Award to a Group of Scientists of the University of Patras at the 10th International Conference of the Immersive Learning Research Network (iLRN 2024)
At the “10th International Conference of the Immersive Learning Research Network (iLRN 2024)”, which took place in Scotland between 10-13 June 2024, the Best Academic Full Paper Award was awarded to a group of Scientists from University of Patras consisting of Georgios Vontzalidis, Dr. Mystakidis Stylianos, Dr. Christopoulos Athanasios and Prof. Moustakas Konstantinos. The relevant research resulted from the collaboration of the Museum of Science and Technology with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
The prize-winning paper entitled “Spatial Audio Cues in an Immersive Virtual Reality STEM Escape Room Game: A Comparative Study” was selected from among 144 papers submitted by 473 researchers in 38 countries and was presented at the University of St. Andrews by Dr. Styliano Mystakidis.
